Buddha Bathing Ceremony & Mother's Day Event on May 10th

The month of May is a beautiful time to express gratitude. In addition to honouring our mothers for their selfless love and care on Mother’s Day, we also give thanks to the Buddha for his great compassion in descending into this Saha world, allowing the teachings of liberation from the cycle of birth and death to flourish.

This year, we will combine the Buddha Bathing Ceremony with our Mother’s Day activity. On this special day, participants may show gratitude to their parents by washing their hands as a symbolic gesture of appreciation. At the same time, we will join together in the Buddha bathing ritual to cleanse our own afflictions and delusions, revealing the pure Buddha‑nature within.
