Kong-An Practice

Mind Meal means if you study these kong-ans, your mind will have enough food. When your mind has enough, then it will not have so much desire and thinking appear, and your mind can remain clear.
Zen Master Seung Sahn

"Mind Meal" means if you study these kong-ans, your mind will have enough food. When your mind has enough, then it will not have so much desire and thinking appear, and your mind can remain clear. Only in this way can it function clearly from moment to moment and from situation to situation to help all beings.

The followings are some kong-ans selected from "The Whole World is a Single Flower" by Zen Master Seung Sahn as your "Mind Meal".
